1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AI Numerology mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Numerology ("we," "our," or "us").

2Description of Service

AI Numerology is a mobile application that provides numerology-based calculations and interpretations based on user-provided inputs such as name, birth date, and gender. The App generates numerology reports including life path numbers, expression numbers, personality insights, and related content.

3User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

4User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment and reflection
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Not distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its associated servers and networks
• Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

5Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by AI Numerology and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Numerology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any content obtained from the App; or (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

8Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that are subject to their own terms and conditions:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements within the App. Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used for analytics and app performance monitoring. Subject to Firebase Terms of Service
• Google Play Services: Required for app distribution and functionality

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

9Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be displayed during your use of the App
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and advertising networks
• We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised
• Ad personalization may be applied based on your preferences and applicable consent mechanisms
• You may manage your ad preferences through your device settings or in-app consent options where available

10Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when we post the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
