1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Numerology ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). This policy covers data processed by us and data processed by third-party SDKs we use for advertising and analytics.

2Information You Provide (Stored Locally on Your Device)

The App may ask you to enter:

• Full Name (for name-based numerology calculations)
• Birth Date (for numerology calculations)
• Gender (for numerology calculations)

How we use it: to generate numerology content and reports within the App.

Local processing: We design the App so that these inputs are processed on your device for generating your results. We do not require you to create an account.

3Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, the App and our third-party SDKs may automatically collect certain information, such as:

• Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and performance data
• Identifiers: Advertising ID (AAID) and other app/device identifiers (e.g., app instance identifiers)
• Network information: IP address (which may be used to derive approximate location such as city/region)
• Usage and interaction data: screens viewed, feature usage, ad impressions, ad clicks, and other event data
• Diagnostics: crash logs and diagnostic data

How we use it:

• To display ads and measure ad performance (including frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud/abuse prevention)
• To understand app performance and improve stability and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies

4Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and process data such as Advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads.

Personalized vs non-personalized ads: Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): Where required (for example, in the EEA/UK and Switzerland), we request your consent for ad personalization and related data use through a consent message/CMP. You can also change or withdraw your consent at any time in the App via Settings → Privacy → Manage consent (or an equivalent in-app path we provide).

5Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and performance. Firebase Analytics may collect device/app information and identifiers to provide aggregated analytics. We configure analytics events to avoid collecting information that directly identifies you (such as your name or birth date).

6Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following ways:

• With Google (AdMob, Google Play Services, Firebase): to provide ads, analytics, measurement, and app functionality. These services may process data under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers: vendors that help us operate, maintain, and improve the App (bound by contractual obligations where applicable)
• Legal and safety: if required to comply with law, protect rights/safety, prevent fraud/abuse, or respond to lawful requests

7Your Choices and Controls

You can control data collection and ad personalization in the following ways:

• Consent choices (where applicable): Use the in-app "Manage consent" option to update your preferences.
• Advertising ID controls: You can reset or limit ad personalization via your device settings (Android advertising settings).
• Analytics controls: If available in your build, you may be able to reset analytics data from within the app or through platform controls.

8Data Retention

• Numerology inputs (name, birth date, gender): stored locally on your device for app functionality and removed when you clear the App's storage/data or uninstall the App.
• Advertising/analytics/diagnostic data: may be retained by Google and/or other providers according to their retention settings and policies, which we do not fully control.

9Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Data transmitted by third-party SDKs is typically protected in transit using industry-standard encryption.

10Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, by Google's global infrastructure). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

12Your Rights (EEA/UK/California and Other Regions)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or object to certain processing. You can also opt out of ad personalization through consent tools (where available) and/or device settings.
